Steve Piper

Dr. Steve Piper is a fellow of the Royal College of Chiropractic Sport Sciences. He provides evidence-based, patient-centered care.

I met him working at Vernon Active Health Clinic. I found out soon enough through conversations that he and I are both Alumnus from Brock University (me long ago, and he not so long ago).

He is keenly aware of my ailments and is very helpful not only in alleviating pain, but also in looking for longterm solutions to the issues that I as a patient am searching for. I love to be active and healthy, and some of my passions are to Mountain Bike in Kal Park, as well as Running, and cycling. Because there are times that I do ride for longer than 3 hours, there are issues that my muscles seem to repeatedly complain about. Dr Piper is interested in helping me find a longterm solution to my physical issues.

Here is a quote from his own site:

As a sport chiropractor, I rely on my years of education, research and clinical experience working with high-level athletes to provide optimum care. I treat each patient as a unique individual, using a thorough history and physical examination rooted in biomechanics and kinesthetic. My primary goal is to help you achieve optimum movement and motivation for success.

It was a pleasure to sit down with a relative new comer to Vernon and find out what drew him to the area. I think you will enjoy this episode as much as I enjoyed chatting with Dr. Steve Piper.
