Is there an area of your life that you are not succeeding to your satifaction? Have you tied alll that you possibly can to fix this situation, and nothing seems to help? Have you talked to family and friends and yet you are still unable to break through the barrier that is keeping you from living large in this area of your life?
Do you have a coach?
Well that was a lot of questions, and I will try not to ask many more:) The reason that I like to have coaches for different areas of my life is that there are always shortcuts that we can take by doing things with people that have studieed the exact thing that we are trying to get better at. When I was younger we had coaches for all the organized sports that we were involved in. Was that a coincidence? No, the people who had some information and energy to share with us from their experience, were able to do this, and make the individuals on the teams better at what they were doing. THe same thing occurred as we progressed through high school, we had coaches that were formerly paid by the school to make the soccer team the best that it could be. THe volleyball team the bestt that it could be, and even the track team--made up of individuals, the best that they could be.
dWe all need some outside perspective at some point to help us see the blind spots that we have created in our own patterns. This is why I recommend getting coaching for any area of your life that you are struggling with. I have. I am very grateful to my life coaches in the past, and to my fitness coaches too. Presently I am working with a great coach to help me stay on task when it comes to my training for triathlons and mountain bike races. I love the community that the Balance point racing team has created, and I enjoy being able to train with like minded individuals. See their website here : http://balancepointracing.com
I also have coaching in other areas of my life that I have struggled with. I have had life coaches, financial coaches, and even a happiness coach! If you too have areas in your life that you truly want to get better at, and would like to sidestep some of the pitffalls of making all the same errrors that others have made before you, do yourself a favour and look up some of the best in their business and get a coach! They will be helpfful in their mentorship for you , and guiding you towards becoming the best you that you can possibly be.
The first step in this process iss to identify the areas that you are struggling with, and then research for a coach that can help with that.
If you would like a list of coaches that I recommend let me know and I can put that together!
