Here is a quick episode for those of us that continue to use the word "should" instead of the word "must".

Many of us have heard statistics about how many thoughts we repeatedly use each day (I think about repeated thoughts repeatedly!). Some studies say that we have as many as 70, 000 thoughts per day, and that as many as half of those are repeated thoughts --https://www.psychologytoday.com/blog/inviting-monkey-tea/201703/how-live-peacefully-repetitive-negative-thoughts. If this is true, then the word "SHOULD" will likely populate your mind on a regular basis. Are there things that you continue to say that you should do, instead of saying to yourself that you "must"?

Change the wording a little and you can change your life.
