A master mind group that I am a member of asked me to speak on Health for our group. I came up with this talk as it is how I view health on my own personal level.

Priorities create your Actions, so if you want to find out what someones priorities are, just follow them around and see what their actions are. For me I have a list of priorities, and they are in the video above.

427. Yard work (sorry Mike)

Once I came up with my priority list I then build my life on a daily basis around it, Each day then compounds to the weekly level, and then monthly and yearly and so on... I have a life that I am proud of based on my priorities!
