Here is a podcast about the problems that I was having with the issue of "Flapping" which is the intermittent loss of packets from the ISP (Internet Service Provider) causing loss of service CONSTANTLY for a prolonged period.
***(May 18 2016) Added Note that this process did help me to a great extent, but I also did find a major contributor to the problem, it was a VOIP phone that my wife had been using that was causing the loss of packets as well. I will post here when I find the answer to what can help fix the VOIP Flapping as well.
