HTTPS://

Google sent out emails to say that they will be telling their customers that sites are not secure and they would not recommend that customers continue to a site that does not have HTTPS://.

WHAT DOES THIS MEAN

This means that google has increased the security level of the entire world wide web by forcing site owners to have a certain level of security. It also means that unless you change your site from not secure to secure, that you will lose traffic to your site (if you have not already noticed a dip in your traffic). So be ready, and accept that you have to get some more product for your site, it costs more (but not directly to Google).
